Pretty nice B&B
Tropohouse is a family run B & B in the middle of a Maui rainforest. not the best place to stay
Tropohouse was sweet spot but beware - rat droppings around sometimes, porches not kept clean always, management not clear communication, and garden not available as it looks on website. The Tropo House is a block away from the Hana Highway just past the turnoff for Haiku. It was on a large private lot with fruit trees and stream. Loved Tropohouse
I loved this place. It's in a beautiful, lush spot. It's very quiet. The folks are friendly. It's clean as a whistle. It's not expensive by Hawaii standards (my room was $69, and it had a hardwood floor so it didn't smell like motel carpet).
