Great Value and Ambience

My wife and I were guests here in February 2003. Originally planning on only one night as we went around the island, we spent three more because of how the place felt. Great place and nice managers!

This hotel is close to downtown Hilo, but it's NOT large and noisy! The staff were extremely helpful not only for places around Hilo but for the whole island as well. John truly goes the extra mile to make his guests feel welcome and comfortable.
