Uncle Billy's Hotel is an older resort right on Alii Dr., a busy street in Kona. Surprisingly I did not note any Cockroches in the hotel room and it seemed clean in general. It can be noisy for visitors who have their rooms located ... more on Yahoo! Travel

I had the "deluxe" room, partial ocean view. Actually it's a view of Alii Dr. and some ocean off to one side. But all in all the location was good, the room very adequate though nothing fancy. It was under $90 a day ... more on Yahoo! Travel
