Woudn't Be My Choice on Waikiki

I didn't stay at the Outrigger, but I ate there twice and friends were staying there, so I was able to check out the rooms. I saw enough to be sure I wouldn't want to stay there and pay luxury prices for Motel 6 quality. The rooms at the Outrigger don't cost all that much less than our room at th... I loved this place. The area location is fantastic and all rooms are excellent. Norm the bar manager was a gent as was Vanessa, Mitch, John and the others. Nice hotel... currently under renovations

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations. The rooms are very small (I stayed in the moderate room). We had to switch rooms because the water temperate fluctuated (hot and cold) when taking a shower. The hotel is very old but is making progress.
