I stayed in Royal Hawaiian Hotel 2 nights January 27 and 28th, 2006. I stayed in the tower ocean front 17th floor, room No.1702. The room is now renovated. I recommend this hotel. as starwood member I was put on that particular floor. the room was nice but the hotel staff was way too slow on getting the room clean and the hostess in the restaurant refused to let me use a public locked restroom. i actually had to request a manager intervention just to use a restroom.
