The Fairmont Orchid is a five-star luxury hotel that is regularly rated as one of the top resorts on the island of Hawaii. The location of this hotel cannot be beat; it is situated directly on the beach and offers direct access to pristine sand and ocean - as well as breathtaking views. There is also a large outdoor pool with plenty of comfortable leisure space and a friendly and attentive staff who will make it a priority to help guests relax. The hotel is decorated in the charming Colonial style of old Hawaii with many beautiful tropical touches throughout. There is an upscale restaurant inside the Fairmont Orchid as well as a nice bar and lounge that lets you sit outside with your feet in the sand while you are served a choice of tasty food and drinks.

Seems to be an issue in the Islands, most good management staff come to relax and get away from their Mainland Jobs, then find out that this isn't the place to live, so get there sooner than later, before some morron comes in and ruins the place. more on VirtualTourist
