4.0: This hotel was dissappointing for a couple reasons. One, their online literature said they give room upgrades to honeymooners, but they were unable to help us out, and when we did eventually get an upgrade, it was not quite as advertised and we had to pay for it anyway. The other problem is that each room has it's own A/C, which drowns out the sound of the ocean at night. Ground floor rooms are damp and musty, and the included breakfast was a hike.
