Horrible
Absolutely the worst place I have ever stayed in my life. The owners were rude. The dorm rooms don't lock and are outside, which doesn't seem terribly safe. It was not clean. pretty good hostel
Stayed here one night to cleanup after camping, hiking and snorkelling. The place is basic for the dorms. I didn't see the expensive private rooms, but ok if you are needing a cheap sleep like we did (and you are used to and know what the word "hostel" means). Rude Owner who doesn't want your business!
A friend and I had planned to stay at Pineapple Park, Kona, so we called and spoke with Annie, the owner to ask a couple of questions about the hostel's location. Customer Service None Existent!
When I phoned this hostel and asked about the prices of the dorms and asked if i could make a booking for my partner and I, the receptionist was extremley rude to me and informed me that because i was only booking for one night that she 'could'nt be bothered to write down my booking as it was too... nataliebrooks81, a user of Tripadvisor.
