Be careful when you book at this condo unit. Our party of 8 (two families of 4) just came back from vacationing in Maui. We had 2 units at the Hale Kai O Kihei. My sister's unit was terrific. It was clean and bright. Everything you would expect to have if you were living at home.

Came to Maui for a soccer invitational event. Stayed in 2 different condos. Both have oceanfront views. First condo at 3rd floor...was in bad shape...air conditioner limited to living room (bedroom was hot). Ceiling fan in bedroom was insufficient and making too much noise. Hale Kai O' Kihei is unique because it is in South Kihei and within walking distance to many amenities, without being in the congestion of the main strip of rental condos.
