This place is nice but I wouldn't go overboard on praise. The strong points are the location and position of the units which are excellent, with the exception of the units on the sides. We found paradise when we found Napili Bay 21 years ago. We had stayed at another resort on Napili Bay before we could get into the Hale Napili. Average but good price

Hale Napili is a small condo on Napili Bay. I love Napili Bay, it is my favorite spot in Maui. Hale Napili was fine for what my husband and I were looking for (budget place on the beach). This is a wonderful place to stay

We just returned from 3 weeks at this owner owned condo complex of 18 rooms and loved it. We have stayed here since 1999 wouldn't stay anywhere else. The units are very clean (didn't see any cockroaches), the lawn in front of the units are great for those who can't take the heat of the beach, and... napiligal, a user of Tripadvisor.
