Our stay at the Hyatt was lovely save for the lack of electricity for 7 hours. It went out about 4 in the morning and wasn?t available til nearly 11. This meant no breakfast and a lot of work for the bellmen who had to lug suitcase down many flights of stairs. I can?t believe this hotel doesn?t have some emergency power.
