Bare fluorescent light bulb

I would echo what the other reviews say about the rude innkeepers, poor furnishings and overall low quality. Would also point out that the room is lit by a bare fluorescent lightbulb, is moldy and damp, and there are signs everywhere telling you what you can't do (e.g. use the bathtub, take anyth... We stayed 3 nights at the Volcano Inn. It was nice, clean and comfortable. The location for us was great (very close to the National Park and only about 25 miles out of Hilo and a few hours from Kona).I liked that they had things available for us to use, like beach towels, jackets for trips to M... Unfriendly atmosphere

This property is very close to Volcano National Park and to the town of Volcano. The landscaping is beautiful, and the rooms nicely decorated with many amenities.
