Peace and serenity ... and outdoor adventure

Amazing place ... with one caveat ...
My wife and I stayed here for three days as part of our honeymoon. I echo all of the positive things that have been said. The cabins are beautiful, with gorgeous furnishing, a large shower, and a comfortable bed. The owner, Kay, was fantastic ... she was above and beyond helpful. An absolute steal of a gem in Volcano! This was the very first place we stayed in our recent trip to hawaii, and we were absolutely giddy with what welcomed us after a full-day of airplane and car rides. Perfect home base while exploring the volcano
Kay has built a wonderful getaway in Volcano--an ideal spot to explore the volcano from. We stayed in the Kilauea Lodge, and enjoyed our 270 degree views of the rainforest.
