We were VERY disappointed in our Grand Wailea Resort experience. After spending a FABULOUS 4 nights at the "W" Diamond Head Hotel in Oahu, where they truly understand the meaning of service, hospitality and good taste, we endured 5 TEDIOUS, TACKY and STRESSFUL nights at the Grand Wailea in Maui.
