Construction Site, or Ideal Paradise Location Site?
It's what you make of it. Previous reviewers state that serenity pool and other construction do not impact the visitor experience. Either those reviewers are shills for the property/chain, or they can't hear or see or smell very well. The construction is loud, with large trucks coming and going and trenching equipment etc operating 8-5 Mon-Sat: vrooooom beep beep beep beep beep beep beep vroooooooooooooooooom beep beep beep beep you get the idea I hope. This activity spews diesel fumes and grit about the property. There is an access road for construction machinery that circles the south/southwest ends of the property, blocking views and open access between the shore and the property. It is true, much has been done to mitigate the impact. But this scale of operation can only mitigate so much. Hopefully it will be done Dec 15 at which time it appears the new serenity pool will be breathtaking. Nice lobby area with impressive view there. Staff are easygoing and seem happy.
