Quiet resort, far from Jackson

Grand Targhee is a beautiful, quiet resort. We stayed for several nights prior to a beautiful wedding there. Our kids loved the activities at the resort. Great atmosphere in smaller resort but LOUD @ the lodge

I really loved the feel of this smaller ski resort. The food was great at the steakhouse, people that worked here were very friendly, and they get tons of powder snow. A comfortable facility

While not upscale, Targhee provided a comfortable stay for our Elderhostel group. Friendly staff, reasonably good food and some neat hikes make this a good off-season spot.
