Where do I start? We stayed at this hotel several years ago and liked it well enough to make reservations again. Never again. Sadly, this is not the hotel for any American with any disability to even consider staying at. While they allow pets, this hotel refused to comply with the Federal American's with Disabilities Act (ADA) by refusing us free access with our service/guide dog.
