Friendly Folks in Chicago
The hotel needs a little updating but when you have staff that are ready to make sure everything is perfect, you can't find a better hotel. Choose another hotel in the area!
Attended a reception in the area. Many of us chose this hotel due to location. We arrived around 2pm and were treated rudely because we were checking in prior to 3pm (we had a 4 hour drive).
