the morning manager snuck in a charge for a fax that should have been free the night manager did not charge and neither did the day manager (i think he was the owner) when confronted all he could do is smile after he made me believe there was no charge I also did not like the sheets on beds or the breakfast room is too small more on Travelocity.com

The Quality Inn Carbondale met our expectations in every way. Visiting in the winter, we were happy the pool was a comfortable temperature. We were the only people using the pool, which is a benefit when you want to actually swim. ... more on Yahoo! Travel
