Disappointing Holiday Inn!

Have now stayed here twice, and had hoped the first room was a fluke (it was smokey,but clean). Second trip was worse, the bathroom was filthy (dirty floor,blood on sink,and unflushed toilet) room temperature would not adjust properly, the remote was broken, and when we reported the problems to ... Nice Hotel

My husband and I stayed here for one night. I thought the hotel was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful. FROM DEC-DECATUR AIRPORT IT IS 9 MILES EAST TO THE PROPERTY EXIT THE AIRPORT SOUTH ON AIRPORT ROAD TO HIGHWAY 36. TURN RIGHT HEADED WEST ON HIGHWAY 36. CONTINUE THROUGH TOWN PAST MILLIKIN UNIVERSITY TO THE LIGHT AT WYCKLES ROAD. TURN LEFT AT THE LIGHT AND TAKE AN IMMEDIATE LEFT ONTO THE FRONTAGE ROAD HEADED EAST TO HOTEL.
