The best thing about the hotel was its cleanliness. The worst thing was the sheer indifference of the hotel staff. I booked a Marriott Rewards stay, and while I wasn't expecting special treatment, I didn't expect to be asked, at check-in, how I intended to pay for the hotel room. The front desk clerk pointed out my room on a map of the hotel, but didn't give me the map, offer to assist me with my luggage, inform me that there were no elevators, or direct me to the stairwells.
