Staff uncoordinated

When I checked in, I explained I wanted to stay another night. They had to check with the manager, who said it was OK. Later, I received a call from another front desk clerk reminding me I had stayed past checkout. I explained the situation and gave them my credit card. The next morning I left th... Can't beat it.

Close to SIUE. This is your typical Comfort Inn Hotel, and you should expect the very same service and ammenities that you would find elsewhere.
