This was my first time staying in Highwood, IL. It is a very nice area with lots of different activities to do. The hotel was georgeous, I couldn't believe that this wasn't a higher star hotel. Very Rude and dishonest

I made reservation two and one halp week prior to my son and his new wife arriving at the Clarion for a honeymoon package for Nov 2, and 2nd. .
