Staff likes to smoke

I have been waiting for over an hour for fresh towels. I took the old ones downstairs, when I was rold they would be ready in 15 min. Room Cleaning
I arrived on a Monday and departed on a Friday. I didn't realize that on longer stays, the room is only cleaned once per week. Consequently, my room was not cleaned during my stay.
