1.0: avoid at all cost

I booked hotel two weeks in advance and was quoted something different then when we arrived. We drove from Houston, Tx with our 4 and 6 yr old to see our son graduate at the Naval Academy which was well over 1100 miles. We were told over the phone that there would be no hold of funds put on our credit card and immediately when we arrived that is what they asked for...when we were ...
