Far below expectations, because of false information on the hotel website
My husband and I like the Homewood Suites concept very much; the spacious suite, the comfortable seating, the full kitchen, a sort of apartment with hotel service. I booked this hotel for two occasions, at the beginning and at the end of our trip. The pictures looked nice and it was at a reasonable distance both to O’Hare and Gurnee Outlet Mall. For our first stay I made a reservation for one night in a studio suite and for the second stay two nights in a 1-bedroom suite. Upon arrival I found the lobby rather small and somewhat outdated. At check-in there were a man and a woman; the latter had her long hair loose, not very representative especially if you are over forty. We had a room on the ground floor and on ...
