1.0: A real dive - smelled, broken light bulb, TV didn't work. Yuck.

I should have just left when I walked in the lobby, which reeked of cigarette smoke. But I had travelled a long time and had to be at my first meeting in an hour so there wasn't time to find another hotel. And it was just one night - how bad could it be? VERY bad.
