I've stayed in many Best Westerns, and other low-scale motels, but this was the worst experience I've had-the beds were horrible-my back hurt terribly the next day-they were so cheap, they had no extra pillows to give us (a king size bed with only 3 pillows) and the tv didn't work. more on Travelocity.com
