Front desk tried, but hotel has problems

First room we were given the AC did not work (very hot day). Front desk upgraded us for our bother (great people at front desk). Our attempt to use the very nice swimming pool ended as we walked in and seen people bathing themselves in the pool (shampoo, soap, washrag while in the swimming pool!)... By huckes, a user of Yahoo! Not bad
I stayed here for a few days on business and didn't find anything wrong with it. The giant pool was the highlight for me - really peaceful in there at night.
