The hotel presented themselves as 4 star with executive floor. The executive floor has no executive amenities it just happens to be the floors where they have renovated rooms. Great stay
This is a terrific place to stay close to Chicago O'Hare airport. We were there for three nights in mid June as part of a conference and the hotel staff were warm and efficient at all times.
