Great Hotel. Nice Staff, Clean Rooms, Excellent Value

The beds were very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially the bell staff and courtesy shuttle drivers. It's a few blocks from the CTA train station, so access to other areas of the city is farily easy. The bathrooms were really nice too...separae (huge) shower and tub... Oh the noise!!!!
United canceled my flight, so I was forced to spend the night in Chicago. There are not a lot of affordable, decent choices close to the airport.....The Doubletree seemed like a bargin at $179 plus tax. AWEFUL HOTEL
We stayed at this hotel and were greeted with rude customer service associates at the front desk. They refused to switch our room when our air conditioning was on the fritz becasue they were booked up.
