Not worth it
Stayed here for our wedding night. It was not worth the price - I've stayed at lower priced hotels that were much more enjoyable. We chose it because of the view of the river, and because it is historical. Big mistake, we should have goen with its competitor the Herrington (also on the river). Fantastic Experience
My husband and I stayed here in October 2006. We had such an enjoyable time, and will definately return the next time we are in St. Charles, IL. If available, ask for the 6th floor Presidential Suite. It's worth the few extra dollars- huge bathroom, whirlpool tub, beautiful room w/ private spiral... By A Yahoo!
