Lazy Staff
The front desk was unresponsive and not very helpful. They promised us a crib when we booked, but did not hold true to their promise when we checked in. We live in Phoenix, Arizona and came to Chicage for the Willow Arts Conference. We had booked rooms for this hotel months in advance and had a confiration number as we arrived at the hotel.
