We were there from July 5th - July 9th for Illinois Rainbow Grand Assembly. Wednesday & Thursday went pretty smoothly. Check in was very pleasant, however the room (TV Armoire) was very dusty and the corner the the bed and the window, was white with dust, like it hadn't been dusted in a while. ... Horrible service!!

I'm here on business and unfortunately this is the only hotel w/ better beds. The housekeeping needs to do better job w/ daily cleaning of the bathrooms. It is very rare for me to like a hotel. I can usually find allot of things wrong with them. I found my room to be clean and bug free. Both are very important to me.
