A definite must see

Starved Rock is also a must see!! I recommend makeing a trip out to see it if you can, there are many trails to walk or ride bikes, also you can go fishing. First impression was a bad impression

If you want to visit Starved Rock State Park, stay at an area hotel instead of the lodge. We went there to attend a friend's wedding and stayed in both the old and new wings of the lodge. Treated like garbage!

We stayed for one night 7/8/2007 We had a room with a bay window in the old section of the hotel. The bathroom was tiny and looked like it hadn't been touched in 20 years.
