As far as the room I had no issues with, it was always clean and looking very nice, it's just the staff wouldn't clean it till so late in the day, sometimes We'd return from shopping etc. and room would not be cleaned, we'd leave room around 11:00am and not return till 4pm or 5pm and a couple of ... We spent Memorial Day Weekend (3nts) at this property. On the plus side, the king suite room was very clean and had the fridge, microwave, and coffee maker as stated in the description on the Expedia web site. Stayed here 3 nts with hubby and 2 kids. Had suite but it's a VERY small suite. Website I booked off of said suite had 2 tvs and it did NOT.
