Management/ownership problems

Many problems with what could be a nice facility. Totally run down, no air conditioning in hallways, etc. Pool was extremely dirty, trash around pool area, too. Horrible experience

Hotel employees were extremely rude and did not accomodate to our needs. We stayed approximately 17 nights, never cleaned our rooms, when asking for toilet paper they gave us napkins and said that they didn't have toilet paper. Unpleasant experience

Had reserved block of rooms for wedding party from Japan, PA, VA, TN, Bloomington, IN. Requests and complaints ignored. Commodes filthy, one stopped up, (indicated it was clients problem.
