The hotel was adequate. The room, service and amenities were somewhat average. The bathroom was very small, the fan didn't work and the corner sink and mirrors were awkward. 4 star hotel at a cheap price

I have used most of the major chain hotels including best western, but the management of this particular hotel have gone a little farther in pleasing the customer. Good choice

This was a difficult rating for me to give. With Columbus Indiana so near to me, the price of the hotel itself was much higher than I anticipated, or felt was reasonable for the area.
