I just stayed at the Conrad last night for my visit to the RCA Tennis Championship. I was excited to stay at this new hotel as I had recommended it to colleagues for the Indy 500 the past 2 years. Nice Stay at the Conrad

We recently stayed at the Conrad in Indy. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Conrad and would highly recommend this place. This is a relatively new property that is head and shoulders above the other hotels in Indy. The Property: The lobby is beautiful and well appointed. We noticed two things: First, there is little to no furniture in the lobby. Although it was a slick lobby with polished stone all over, it certainly was not a "cozy" lobby that invites you to sit and socialize. In fact, the hotel had little if any such areas save for the bar/restaurants. Somewhat bizzare. Second, the restaurant/bar is not closed off from the lobby. So when we arrived from Chicago and entered the lobby a cabaret singer in the bar was ironically belting out "Sweet Home Chicago." Her voice reverberated throughout ...
