I was staying at the very plush Drury Inn in Dayton and called to make a reservation at the sister property in Indianapolis. The woman on the phone was very friendly and worked at getting me a "better rate." And she did. The staff at this hotel are very obliging and pleasant and do a lot to make a stay at an ordinary place very pleasant. I was there for three days with my two dogs... it's a great hotel for pet owners. When I first checked in, the room I was assigned to didn't have working heat.
