The Homestead Indy/Northwest was a nice, quiet place...It served our purpose well, a place to shower & sleep... Easy access from the highway...We were on the go every day..Our only complaint was the check in.. The clerk was very polite and helpful but inexperienced..Our check-in was lenghtly an... Don't stay here
I was told over the phone when I made the reservation, and at the desk when we checked in, that our room was non-smoking and 2 queen beds. It turned out to be smoking with 2 double beds. Yikes!
Ok, first clue is that the desk staff was brought in from another hotel across town as the regular staff was absent. Hotel was full on this weekend and we booked a total of two rooms.
