The air conditioner didn't work and maintenance took 3 hours to come and refused to fix it. When I called back to find out what the deal was, the desk employee said 'What do you want me to do about it?' - VERY BAD FORM. A Perfect Stay

While traveling for business I was not able to book at my favorite hotel. The Signature Inn in Carmel had just undergone a renovation and rebranding. I was pleasantly surprised.
