The Quality Inn in Lebanon, IN must have been a nice hotel a long time ago. However, it is rundown, old, dirty and no longer living up to its Quality name. The room was uncomfortable. The hotel was very nice and clean, there were only a couple of things: 1. They did not refill the coffee, cream, and sugar after the first morning and we were there for 3 nights and 4 days. 2. they did not change the sheets on the beds the whole time we were there. ... traveler, a user of Expedia.com. Pretty Much A DUMP

We stayed here on our way home from vacation for a night. This place should be shut down. It was totally disgusting. The rooms looked really run down, the hall ways smelled like dirty garbage.
