1.0: Uncaring, unapologetic and insensative to the disabled

My wife and I booked a handicapped, nonsmoking room for 3 days. They gave our room away. We ended up with a regular smoking room. My wheelchair could not fit thru the bathroom door. First room we checked in had very strong stinky urine smell that you had to hold your breath. So we went to the front desk asking for a change. The 2nd room we got was quite nice, no smell at all.
