The hotel manager, was the rudest I have ever dealt with.He didn't handle the difficuties with us or another guest regarding their poor and incomplete internet service with any type of professionalism. Better every year!
For the third year in a row we have loved staying at this hotel. The staff is wonderful. Sharon, at the front desk, is amazing...especially during tornado warnings!
