Upon arrival, the hotel was not marked with Passport Inn, it's street sign was Best Buy Inn. Passport Inn was a smaller sign on the actual building, not visible to the street. The staff wasn't very professional. They didn't have our reservation which was booked a month in a half in advance in the computer. Wow!!!!!!! Staff Very friendly....lot better stay!!!!
This was the third visit to this hotel. My husband,kids and I drove by and seen a sign..."new owners and management". When we first walked in we could tell the difference. I chose this hotel because it was close to my appointment, had a pool and lounge. I arrived 55 minutes before the check in time of 3. I had to wait an hour for a room. There were lots of empty rooms.
