I brought my kids here for a trip to Holiday World. I grew up in Indiana but I had never been to Santa Claus. I travel for business and have stayed in hundreds of hotels. Excellent experience for the grandkids

The seven members of my family stayed in one of the family suites. We had four generations ranging from 88 years of age to a 3 year old. Wont stay again

Customer service at this place was awful. We just stayed there on the 9th of December. The hotel retaraunt is a joke. We waited 10 minutes and nobody had helped us. Finally we asked to be seated and the one lady rudely referred us to another employee. We asked how much the meal was and it was 9.9... A Yahoo! User, a user of Yahoo! Travel.
