I was pleased with the desk personnel, they were friendly and pleasant. I was disappointed with housekeeping, they did not empty the coffemaker or replace coffee supplies,also did not restock toilet paper. We stayed at this Best Western for 2 nights in September. I dont know where to even begin. The front desk staff / owners??? are nice enough. But the rooms are absolutley DISGUSTING! Free wireless internet, pleasant owners, easy access off interstate, BUT.....
