Great price, good room

Stayed for one night June 22. Most of the hotels in the area were booked due to car show, sports camps and ND and weddings. This was the nicest hotel for the best price available when I booked. I usually like to stay at the Inn at Saint Mary's when in South Bend. Anyway, I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I booked a room with 2 double beds and a pullout couch for $98 a night via the hotel's web site. I checked in around 6:30 on a Friday night and had to wait about 15 minutes because of the other people in front of me. The only real downfall of this ... Jfeasel, a user of Tripadvisor.
