My only complaint would be not to have kids in the Jacuzzi so that the adults could enjoy it and have a set time maybe 9pm for kids under 18 to leave the pool area all together. The staff was friendly. The room quality was horrible. There was a gap in the window panes and weather stripping so wide that I could stick my finger thru it.
